| Ron Ray (RR) is an entrepreneur who owns various businesses. His strong passion for cinema, Wall Street background, tremendous network, and disciplined approach gives him an edge in this business as a producer. In order to be a good producer, one must be a good business man. RR has certainly proven himself in that arena. Besides his financial acumen, RR has several years of stage acting experience behind him. He has had lead roles in famous broad way musicals such as "Oklahoma", "West Side Story", "Annie", and plays such as "Arsenic and Old Lace", "Of Mice and Men", and "Once upon a time". He has won several dance contests in Hip-hop, free-style, Latin dancing, and performed/choreographed cultural stage shows in Hindi popular music. Ron has acted on International television shows, and has modeled for various companies. He speaks Hindi, Bengali, English, and Spanish fluently.

BYRON WERNER -- Director of Photography

Byron Werner began his career ten years ago shooting greenscreen for Sega. Since then he has photographed over 100 narrative films and numerous commercials, music videos, corporate videos, and industrials. Recent productions include: the HiDef feature "Seizing Me"; "Starkweather," based on 50's Spree Killer Charlie Starkweather; the Zombie Horror film "Death Valley: The Legend of Bloody Bill"; "Mind's Eye," shot on location in Oklahoma City; and Commercials for Cabo Wabo Tequila, shot on location at the Cabo Wabo and other Cabo beach spots. Byron has experience with blue and green screen, miniatures, aerial and underwater photography, and HiDef. Byron's Television experience includes shooting for ESPN, Fox Sports, MTV and other networks. Byron's best attribute is his patience and ability to work with anyone. He manages crews well and always gets the shot the director wants.

SUDIP RAY -- Chief Technology Officer

| Currently a Director of Software Development working in Chicago, Sudip specializes in web development and software design and implementation using Microsoft .Net technologies, xml, html, flash, and various database applications. Prior to becoming a Software Engineer, Sudip got a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Indiana University. He has a passion for technology and movies, and would like to use his expertise in technology to enhance the "movie-making experience" and help deliver a shared vision with Ron Ray using short and feature-length movie mediums.
